      I have received prompt service but when registering my dogs found them to give me misleading information: namely that my dogs (Labrador or retriever) were classified as working dogs as they only accept limited certain breeds. I believe the judgement largely to be down to the fact I had worn town clothes that day and not my farm gear. Tried to avoid them when possible.
