I have just been in to the Gisborne office and was very disappointed with the manner in which I was treated by the sales rep, Alec. He was impatient (kept cutting me off while I was speaking), displayed arrogance (rolled eyes and sighed when I didn't understand what was meant by the shell of the key) and his general demeanour was one of apathy. If people lack the necessary skills to deal with the general public in a considerate and genial manner, may I suggest a change of vocation? Perhaps an undertaker would be more to his liking.
