      This is a fantastic place to stay!. Enjoy a quiet street in a busy tourist city. Wake up to the sunrise over the lake and birds singing in the garden. Enjoy the beautiful flowers in the awesome garden & boxes on the patio. A place to relax and refresh before the day ahead. Luxury comfort, your own space, and attentive hosts - what could be better... this is always the place for me to stay when I'm in Rotorua!

      We had friends from the UK stay here for 4 nights recently and could not believe how beautiful it was. So handy to town as well. Great friendly welcoming staff. Highly recommended
