I got recommended Kit Clews from an estate agent I was looking to buy a property from. The initial contact I had was basically that they get to see the agreement once it has been signed by all parties. So I proceeded with the agent, agreed a price, however the price was then bettered by another buyer. From there the lawyer was on leave so it was a bit of a struggle to get things sorted (i.e. pulling out of the sale) - but if that hadn't happened, or if I had been down in Hamilton at the time it may have gone better. Won't say it was bad, but could have gone better.
