Kirsten Simmons is a professional experienced Counsellor passionate about pointing individuals to the Inside-Out nature of reality which connects us to our innate well-being; the source of wisdom, insight and personal power.  It is from this place that we have the potential to gain a more expanded perspective of our 'problems' or 'issues' to access and discover our own solutions.

Kirsten is available to see clients in both Wakefield & Richmond.  She is a member of the NZ Association of Counsellors and can work with ACC & WINZ clients.
