Lacks customer service. Had to wait for staff to finish their own conversations before being acknowledged and served. Staff memeber on the phone who was very monotone and just plain uninterested might I add gave me incorrect information regarding a service causing me to drive 35 minutes for nothing. Staff member at the counter did apologize for the misunderstanding. I understand people make mistakes especially if your new to the job however after already having to drive 70km in total for nothing, a simple sorry didn't really cut it for me. Seems to me a recap on basic customer service training could go a long way.

Really appreciate that this chemist is open later, not many in Tauranga are. Friendly helpful staff.Came in here and brought voltaren and appriated how the lady did not try and upsell the more expensive product actually told us it was just the same with just half the ingredients so you could use it four times instead of the more expensive one which had double but could use it twice.

An old-fashioned pharmacy crammed with bits-and-bob goodies as well. The place was absolutely packed with people when I visited as well. Needed to make my way between the shelves and people which was a bit of a mission but it was nice. The photo service counter is right at the back and there are a lot of options which professional photographers use.

Helpful and friendly staff that talked me through the different options available. Also so great that they are open late

whenever I walk in here, I always leave happy and satisfied with the service, variety of drugs especially the natural ones.
The time the staff take to listen and advice is always appreciated.
