A rotary absorbent pad, regular maintenance cleaning process. Low moisture and therefore quicker drying. Allows almost immediate walk on. An excellent system when used in conjunction with periodic hot water extraction restorative cleaning.
The first step in effectively cleaning any carpet is to counteract sticky soils. The encapsulation chemistry surrounds each soil particle and crystallizes so it can't attract other soil. The encapsulated particles release from the fiber and are easily extracted with normal vacuuming. And since there's no dirt attracting residue left behind, the carpet stays clean longer. Encapsulation is particularly useful for the maintenance of commercial carpets.
Hot water extraction
Hot water extraction is the principle method used for restorative cleaning. JAE Services technicians are trained to clean carpets to the Australian / New Zealand Standard - AS/NZS 3733:1995 which includes a recommendation that domestic and most office carpets should be restoratively cleaned once a year.
Your JAE Services technician will advise you of the most effective and safe method for cleaning your precious Chinese, Oriental, Persian, Hand Knotted, or Flokati rug.
Uplifting of speciality rugs for factory processing is often required as some delicate/ expensive rugs require controlled drying and / or repeat cleaning to prevent colour bleed and to achieve optimum results. Special attention can also be given to stain treatment and water and smoke damage restoration.
