I was looking for a lens, obtained a quote from the owner but purchased a used, cheaper unit online. I advised the owner and thanked him for the help. The next time I called in to look at equipment he ignored me, rudely turned his back on me and left me standing.
Needless to say, since then, I have spent in the vicinity of $14,000 on equipment but voted with my feet and have taken my custom elsewhere.
