Hanafins Camera & Video

Came in looking for a specifies sized frame, staff were really helpful in providing advise. Nice layout, unfortunately I couldn't find what i needed.

Went a few weeks ago for passport photos the staff were friendly and helpful. I took about 3 weeks to get my act together to apply for my passport only to find that my photo was rejected because of a "shadow". I emailed Hanafins who replied within 24 hours telling me to come back in which I did today, Kylee was so helpful made sure there wasn't a problem with my hair, re took the photo at no charge, it was sitting in my email in box before I arrived home, and they had even gone to the extra trouble of having it approved by Internal Affairs before sending it through to me..... Fantastic customer service
