      Vegetarian suitable and nothing artificial tastes just like it would if you made it at home with milk yourself. Best yogurt to use for I dian curries as all the others don't give that taste nor texture.

      Gopala yogurt which is available at all Indian grocers and some Pak n Saves are a vheao and healthy option of yogurt they are also vegetarian suitable so no gelatine or anything..just pure dairy.
