Fresh Bun & Bakery Cafe

Like to pop in for a quiche and sandwich for my lunch and usually really good- Did find my last bagel to be full of frozen lettuce last time I visited but they were really good about it- refunded me as near end of day so not much left to switch with. Also have a really good range of sweet treats.

Quality of fresh produce can be a bit hit and miss, I only go in if I'm desperate.

Most items are self-service although it seems the selection is hit and miss.

We've been here twice and the first time there was a wide array of sandwiches, slices, pies and cakes; however, on the second visit almost half of the slots had nothing to choose.

The staff seemed rushed and the atmosphere could be better although the food was fine and fresh.

The service isn't the warmest (a greeting would be nice), and they only have a very basic selection of items - like slices, and a couple of different types of rolls - to choose from.

Received rotten custard squares, Something is to be said about their quality control and service! I mean how can you miss the rotten smell like Milk sitting in the sun for a week. Yuk. When I called they offered my money back but would cost the same in fuel to go back :(
