My aim is to provide clients with exceptional nutritional advice to promote a healthy lifestyle. I have had a passion for food for as long as I can remember, having begun my career as a chef, and provide my clients with healthy wholesome way of eating, no gimmicks or starvation. The approach that I adopt, aims to teach clients how to manage their health through well rounded lifestyle programs involving diet regimes that are proven to be effective. I also work to to prevent lifestyle conditions such as metabolic syndrome and heart disease.
I absolutely love my job and some might say obsessed with food, but obsessed in a good way I think! I really want people to fall in love with food and not to see food as the enemy. When people come back and tell me this doesn't feel like a diet I am very happy!
