      Constantly let down, I always have to wait minimum 30 minutes after the appointment time to be seen. This practice made us wait an hour for vaccinations for our 15 month old son, it got to the point we left and had to reschedule an appointment because they prioritized elderly people getting their flu jab over a little baby (the vaccination he needed would take 3 minutes then we have to wait 15 further minutes in the waiting room to see if there is a reaction) I have been a patient there for 33 years and now finding another family doctor as their customer service is appalling. I would not go there again!
