General Info

We are a residential rehabilitation facility in South Auckland. Our focus is to empower and support each person in our care on their rehabilitation journey. We are here to guide and assist our clients in re-learning daily living skills and tasks, enabling them to live as independently as they can. Evolve South Auckland is home to 13 rooms spread out among 2 houses and 2 flats. We also have a pool table, spacious lounge area for activities, a large open yard and we’re just a short walk away from the local park and shops.
