Online education is available to learn about the core and pelvic floor, what can go wrong with the pelvic floor, and advice and fitness for the first few weeks after baby arrives. We listen through an individualized assessment, provide easy-to-follow education and develop a treatment plan along with you to work towards your health/fitness/healing goals.
