After being given little information they told us to wait a week and they will tell us if we have the flat. Many weeks past and trips to there premises went with no new information. This then resulted in calling the company and getting a bumbling answer to why the flat had been signed to someone else and not to us. Do not deal with this company if you don't have too they are unorganized and lack the discipline to carry out basic jobs that there job requires them to do.
