Crest Showers

Gave them measurements for a custom piece of shower glass and they added tolerances without discussing, this meant that the glass was too small when it arrived. After much discussion there was no replacement on the glass the measurements responsibility lies with the customer. When we came to laying the frame we then discovered 2 of the pieces were short, when our builder called and at length explained the issue Crest will supply 2 new frame pieces replaced at no further cost at the right measurements to get the overall frame look that we wanted.
