Community Connections' Supported Living services are designed to assist disabled people to live in their own homes and communities.Our Te Pou Hononga services provide enhanced support for people who have long-term physical, mental health, intellectual disabilities, sensory impairments and high-and-complex behavioural needs.Employment Connections works with employers, job seekers, schools, students and whānau/family.Everyday Networks provides peer support groups which, build capacity and confidence and utilise natural networks.
