Got a refund. Went there again with another bike same thing happened again they didn't wanna wipe my frame down as they offered. Other then that I was happy they fixed my gears.

Good guys. I had a problem with my mountain bike leaking oil on its shocks, they renewed the seals and serviced the same day so I could collect it that night. Good service.
