Used this company to move homes very recently. Staff were friendly enough, very efficient with their time and energy. not a scratch on anything and it is not the easiest home to navigate around. Good work team.

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Called me late Friday afternoon to tell me my pre-booked move for Saturday morning was no longer possible because they had an issue with their truck. After multiple phone calls and even more excuses (another team member told me someone had died) I was forced to change plans and reschedule my move to Sunday morning at 9:00am as had no chance of finding replacement movers that late on a Friday night. Having very little confidence in them by this stage, I requested they triple confirm my Sunday 9:00am booking the next day which they did. Sunday arrives and by 9:45am no truck, no phone call. I call them and am told a driver will call me back in 10 minutes for an update. 20 minutes later I'm called by the same person who cancelled my Saturday morning job and am told the movers are stuck on another job and wont be here for another 2 hours, at which point I cancel the job completely and ask for my deposit to be refunded as I just can't stomach the idea of paying this company for doing such a terrible job. Outside of their general failure to fulfil the provided service, the team at CBD Movers displayed little to no empathy, we're defensive to the point of rudeness and made me feel I was being completely unreasonable for expecting a paid service to happen at the stated day and at the stated time. Stay away from these jokers.
