      Today I purchased a famous Paua Pie, was fiercely hanging out for this. I love Paua, having had pans full of steaks in my younger years. Full marks for the initiative, I would like next time to see Paua slices soft not scattered bits, no cream/sour cream to make up the sauce, and less onion. Put the price up if need be, most people love a pie.
