Wonderful customer service, was assisted as soon as I entered the store And shown a variety of suitable items, all excellent quality, more were offered to be ordered in . I could even take photos to show my partner.

Bates Watchmakers replaced 4 batteries in my Casio watch. They were very professional, honest and informative. The cost for the battery replacements was also extremely reasonable.

Great service they are friendly when you walk in the door and make you feel welcome their shop is decorated beautifully and the watches well organised they have a great selection of gold and silver watches and men and woman's styles the prices were reasonable as well for high quality items a great experience shopping here

had my battery replaced in my watch and it was done so quick in my half an hour lunch break. The cost was so minimal - definatly won't wait so long to replace the battery again now i know its so quick.
