Unimpressed with the quality of this groom - for $280 (That is 12hrs Labour at the current living wage plus GST) I would expect a full car groom - many surfaces appeared to be untouched with obvious dirt and dust throughout. Vehicle went to him in a fairly clean and tidy condition only having been purchased from Toyota a few weeks prior and having been in a paint shop up until then for some repairs. The outside was done well and I made him aware of that - the inside was not - I spent 3 hours cleaning it all over again and I am not a super picky person - that was what I was paying them for. I gave him the opportunity to make it right over the phone supported by photos of the vehicle as I received it - he apologised and offered to have a look at it but I had already done this myself as we live 1 1/2 hr away from his location and I wanted it clean. I would have been happy with a partial refund but this was not forthcoming - his attitude was "oh well we would have fixed it if we had known" - This is your job - this is what you should already know - not wait for me to ring and tell you and then be fobbed off!!!
