I realise this review is well overdue being written, but last January our dog Sugah ruptured a blood vessel under her spinal cord and paralysed her rear end...
We found her and devastation happened... As we urgently (under Nicky's guidance from firstly visiting Animal Care ) rushed her to Palmerston North Massey Vet Hospital to undergo a major operation within 48 hours!!! It was heart breaking and frightening...
But we are so lucky having such a qualified Nicky and team at Animal Care 2002 that they knew just what to do and especially to act quickly.
Sugah came through the operation really well and rehabbed being spoilt rotten -we were even lucky to get her back from that dedicated team there too....once home she had physio 3 times a day and swimming lessons and is running around loving life again..
Thankyou Nicky, to you especially, for your amayonaising team and your undevoted support during our anxious moments. We are sooooo lucky to have you all as our caregivers to our fur babies.... ?? You''re the BEST.....

These people are amazing. The care that our old boy received was the best, so caring and compassionate towards both us and our dog. I couldn't speak more highly of the team.
