      Took our Audi there for an extensive job. They were excellent in every regard: Chris organized for a loaner vehicle while ours was being repaired, Damon (mechanic) called me regularly with updates on the progress, they addressed other issues not related to the main problem, and when I picked up the car Damon showed me every single part that was replaced, pointing out the reasons why it was replaced. They even did the WOF as mine had expired while it was in the shop.
      When the work was finished, Chris e-mailed the invoice to me prior to picking up the car so I could go over it in case I had questions.
      I was extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the high level of customer service and professionalism. I will certainly go back to Acton in the future, and would have no reservations about recommending them to friends.

      On wednesday Sept 4 my drivers window decided to not cooperate with me,so i phoned Acton Automotives in Philips St Chch,i was surprised that they could help me immediately without an apointment. Chris in the office was wonderful and the repair job was done well.Chris gave me the use of a courtesy car for work.Overall i was happy with there prompt and efficient service...If i need further work on my car i would not hesitate to call Acton Automotive Chch..I would highly recomend to friends and workmates Acton Automotives..Philips St Chch....Thank-you Chris and Staff!...Regards Louis!

      Acton Automotive Ltd understand the meaning of quality service. I had just bought a car in Christchurch online. Was going to drive it back to Hamilton. Last minute I booked it into Acton for a service. Monday morning I dropped the car off explaining I wanted to do a few things around Christchurch before departing early Tuesday.
      They recommended an appropriate level of service for the car. I anticipated an afternoon pick up but I was advised it was ready at 10:30! Awesome.
      Price was very reasonable.
      My expectations were exceeded.
