Achel Bikram Hot Yoga

This is my first yoga studio. The instructors are all such incredible people and teachers it's phenomenal. As for the hot yoga, I used to get teased for having the posture of an old lady, but hot yoga straightened out my shoulders and built up my core, and in the first 3 months I was getting compliments thrown at me from everywhere. I have tried other gym studios before and felt intimidated by other people's flexibility but I don't feel judged here.

Amazing! The team are so wonderful - happy to answer any odd question even if it's only semi related. And to handle it if for some odd reason you want to start crying in class (not because of the yoga just because I was losing the plot at work).

So refreshing and relaxing. You feel amazing after each session. I am surprised at my own flexibility.

Nice environment to work out in. Stretching involved. The instructors are really helpful.
