Paech Construction did a great job on our house. The job involved the removal of the fire / chimney, painting and fixing up things that we hadn't finished in the bathroom. They identified asbestos in the bathroom vinyl and organised for the specialists to come in and remove it. They managed the process from start to finish, and were able to fit us in at short notice. Paech Construction re-clad my roof, replaced all my wooden windows with aluminium and I have now engaged them to do another project. Their work is of a consistently high standard. As well as this I appreciate the fact that the manager is easy to call, and if unable to take a call immediately, rings back within half an hour. Through every step of the project he kept me informed and managed to keep costs down even when unexpected delays occurred. Paech Construction is one of the only companies in the South Island using kevlar as part of their materials. Highly recommended.
