      Wasn't impressed with the work. Had a cracked windscreen to be replaced and have a rain sensor which they knew about. Had it replaced only to find that the rain sensor didn't work the next day when it rained. Took my car back for them to check what was wrong and after an hr of waiting around watching a "technician" try to figure out the problem and tying to blame it on my fuses, they finally figured that there were bubbles between the glass and sensor which was from poor installation. Had to wait another week for a new windscreen again. Both times the windscreen was replaced, the guys left a mess in my car, bits of plastic and dirt around the center console and gouges out of the rain sensor cover and a gouge in my glove box door. This is a sign of rough work and no regard for the customers property. Not dealing with Smith and Smith again.

      Windscreen has been replaced and was happy with the job done no complaints here grateful to have it replaced free via insurance and quick efficient job done great communication with receptionist and floor manager good stuff guys
