Sabai Thai Restaurant & Takeaways

I have dined here several times - on every occasion the place was packed and the service was really slow - people waited ages for meals and a couple walked out - however the food is delicious. I think it might be better at lunchtime - Not sure why there were delays, maybe to busy and not enough staff?

It is a very lovely authentic Thai restaurant with the kindest lovely staff who are wonderful. It did take a while for all of our dishes to come out as we all decided we wanted different things on the menu.The dishes were pricey for me but I was more than happy with the size of my plate.I was given a great big plate and the food looked more than appetizing.Overall we all had a great time one downside that I would say is the rice isn't free. I've been to many Thai restaurants and I always liked the extra rice that was given with our dishes of choice.But everyone's different. However, the customer service is first class and is a highly recommended restaurant to go with the family who loves to try out different food of other countries.

This restaurant literally has the best Panang Duck in Whangarei. Also one of my favourite Thai places to dine.

Tasty Thai food. I love the massamun curry and chicken toast.. Very tasty.

Great staff and clean premises. Great location. Affordable prices. Wide variety of food and drinks. Love the green thai curry.
