This is my first port of call, when I am looking for car parts or automotive supplies. They have a huge range and the staff are really knowledgeable and helpful.

Poor. I turned up on a Sunday trying to get a replacement oil cap for my car. Was told it wasn't in stock and they'd have to contact a supplier Monday 'to see if they could order one in." Fair enough. When I enquired about getting a good fitting universal one ASAP (had to get down to Auckland for my mother's funeral) I was told it wouldn't pass a warrant. Left my contact details and waited for a response about the oil cap. No response. Ever. In the mean time I decided to start the process of getting a warrant with the existing universal cap as maybe VTNZ had some ideas. Surprise, surprise it passed!! VTNZ were very surprised to learn that they automatically fail warrants purely on the basis of an oil cap. And the reviewer that had an employee fit their windscreen wipers? Not in my experience... when I queried if this was possible and offered to pay for them to do this if it was necessary the employee looked slightly terrified and said' oh no, we are not allowed to touch your car!". I'll go anywhere but Whangarei Repco in the future. Totally inconsistent.

This place is very hands-on, there seems to always be someone fixing their car in the parking spot right out front.
