      By shopping at Pak 'n Save, I find I can save anywhere from $30 - $40 on an average weekly shop (if I shopped at another supermarket). There are no bag fillers at the check out, so you take your own bags in and pack your groceries yourself. It only takes minutes to do, but the savings make it worth it.
