I took my Miele upright vacuum cleaner to this company to be repaired after it lost suction and started cutting out, with the bag indicator showing full when it wasn't. 2 weeks later I called in to see if it was fixed,they said it was but then I noticed before leaving the shop that it was no longer standing upright. Theyagreed to fix that. Another week went by, I called in again to pick it up and paid for the original repair. Get it home, no suction. Call them, nice lady delivers me a loaner and takes mine back to be repaired again. Pick up, shown what they found and implied that this had happened since the original repair, no way it wouldn't even pick up fluff when I got it back. Brought it home for the second time. Still no suction, vacuum bag showing full and guess what? Still cutting out. Can't be bothered going back even though I've paid $94. Off to Godfreys who hopefully know how to fix a vacuum cleaner.

I wasn't one hundred percent happy with the service I got here. The man was friendly over the phone and offered a good appraisal fee. However, although I was called and told the item was fixed, when I tried it at home, it didn't work. I was told I could take it back, at no charge, but I didn't.

My vacuum cleaner stopped sucking up, so I took it in for an assessment. Because I hadn't been using it, I hadn't bothered to charge it, so the battery was flat. I was told that they would need to charge the battery before they could quote me. When I went back, I was told everything was working fine, and I paid the fee. When I got home, it still wasn't sucking up. When I phoned up about it, I got the impression that they'd just charged it and turned it on to ensure the motor was working. I was told to take it back and they'd look at it again, for no charge. The fee they charged was reasonable, and the lady on the phone and the man who `repaired' my vacuum cleaner were both nice, but I had lost confidence that they would fix my vacuum properly, so I didn't take it back.

I highly recommend Jedik Electrical. These guys know what they are doing. I walked in to their shop yesterday with a frustrating vacuum cleaner that was not working properly. The team immediately checked my vacuum cleaner out and set about repairing it there and then. They had all the parts needed in stock. The team was very professional, polite, helpful, considerate, and highly effective. The fact that they were able to completely repair my appliance and I did not need to wait for a send away repair was gold for me living out of town. The team at Jedik Electrical really went out of their way to meet my needs, and the price charged was really cheap compared to others I could have gone to.
