      We've just experienced the worst service experience ever. Hired a drum sander from whangarei branch. This is not our first time with these machines but the one we got was leaving little wave marks all over the floor. So we took it back 2 hours later than we first got it. Had photos of what the machine was doing on the floor with no ability to incorrectly use the sander but was still forced by rude and uninterested staff to pay for half a day of hireage. The machine has not done the job, we'll have to get another one from hirepool as we did originally but were still forced to pay and mistreated in the whole situation. We won't recommend Cowleys to anyone ever. What a waste of time and money
