Countdown Supermarkets

We were here last weekend and unfortunately didn't have a good experience with the customer service. One of our party didn't have his id. I understand their policy and not disputing that at all but it's just the way it was handled was quite rude and embarassing. The parking is also horrible because it's in a very popular shopping centre. On a positive note their tea selection was great.

Great place to go shopping when your in Okara Park, best to go shopping early in the morning to beat the traffic. Choice people to help you out when you need it, customer service is really good and staff always engage with the customer when an issue arises considering that they are well trained to deal with an unruly situation. All in all great place to get your daily shopping. Proximity to other stores is a bonus as well.

Great customer service, very large store with everything you could ever need

Great supermarket, fresh fruit and vege, always find what I need. Covered carpark is wonderful but with a shared carpark with Kmart its often hard to find parking.

Good size store. I like how it has a pharmacy inside. Very handy.
