Windermere Berry Farm

Definitely worth a visit! You can pick your own, or buy bulk ore picked berries at good prices. A delicious cafe with real berry ice creams or yummy berry pancakes. Yum!

The place is awesome! Not only do you get fantastic food and coffee, the fresh berries and ice cream or if you fancy frozen yoghurt are absolutely devine. If you are looking for a gift there is great range of in house made sauces and wines to name a few. I have always had a fabulous experience here.

I only recently figured out there is a cafe there! My friend suggested there as a change of location and i was surprised to see a cafe there. The food was great and the ice creams are huge and delicious.

I looked up Windermere Berry Farm and their website said the berry season opens on labour weekend, I contacted them via their Facebook page to ask if berry picking was on and I had no response so had to make the trip over to check myself with my 2 little kids. We went up to the counter, it was busy and we had to wait a while to get to the front only to ask about berry picking and a very rude woman just said “it’s not on, NEXT!”. I was very taken back by this, very unprofessional so we left without ordering food which was the next thing we were going to do.

Awesome place! The cafe is delicious, fresh berry ice creams and smoothies, as well as yummy looking pancakes and bacon. You can pick your own berries or buy bulk berries for a great price. Well worth a trek out!
