Ive given a couple of stars because the guys are always really attentive and give good customer service, but that's where it ends, they try to upsell far to much and don't really take into account that people on super don't have lots of money for extras like alignments and things

Ive given a 3 because the staff are really friendly. BUt the upsell is too full on - I came in fro ONE tyre and ended up being told I needed 2 and a wheel alignment. The price quoted was quite expensive so I went else where for the tyres and didn't get an alignment as the other place said it wasn't urgent but to do within the next three months and I was broke!! Give up the hard sell guys!!! Your staff are nice though

Staff were initially quite rude but in the end very very friendly and accommodating, I almost walked out but I’m glad I didnt
