Amazing service! Needed a new fridge, a hassle during lockdown! It took afew days to get money together and me changing my mind a couple of times on what to get, but they honoured the deal from when I spoke to them and have been so helpful arranging contactless delivery. Professional service! Thankyou!

I like their photo centre, its great to still be able to print out photos (the wait is a little long at times 1-2 hours) but i like being about to control what i want to print with the kiosks.

I wet in to purchase the advertised product, they had none in store but gave me a more expensive brand for the same price the customer service person also went into great detail on how to care for the product and didn't try to 'over sell' a warranty to me

have been very good over the washing machine that I purchased when it was not wrking properly and honoured warranty, however, when I go into the store it's never 'quick' you have to wait for certain people from certain departments to serve you so I have left before seeing anyone before!!!

Staff are really helpful when they think you are going to buy big, but do tend to lose focus on smaller purchases.
