Great customer service. When we took our vacuum cleaner to be fixed they gave us a quote which was exactly what we paid and the repairs were completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

it took over a week to get my washing machine seen when it was under warranty from the manufacturer which meant I had not choice where to go and that's a long time with a big family!!! In saying that they did a good job fixing it when they got here but having to call up twice to ask when someone was coming dropped my rating

My vacuum started making a funny noise just out of the warranty period. So i took it here and they made it stop, it didn't cost much which was great and now i have a working vacuum.
