      The repeatedly unhelpful and disinterested customer service I've received at this branch eventually lead me to change service providers. Even when you're attempting to purchase a brand new phone, the staff could seemingly care less.

      Good customer service and have always been swift to help me with my phone queries. Large, clean store in a good central location. The only thing is there is always so many staff on it can be a bit confusing who to approach.
