Really helpful staff! Purchased my hiking shoes before doing a month long oversea trek there and they were very patient and informative. Small store compared to some but good selection.

Liked the boxing day sale. Bought a nice head torch on special. Nice friendly staff.

Staff are generally quite helpful. Not the biggest Kathmandu store but has a pretty good range of gear and staff seem happy to order things in if needed.

Lots of sales racks at the rear of the shop. The shop is larger than it looks from the road. There's usually plenty of parkign down that end also.

Disgusting online service! Rang to find out what was happening with our order as it had been processing a week. After she put me on hold for around 5 minutes the lady said she would have to restart the order as it hadn't been done. or i could cancel it as nothing had happened to it. I asked to collect one from a store in town she checked and said that they were sold out.
Apon checking myself the store said they had "heaps" . Called back customer service within 5 minutes to be told by a new representative that the only thing we can now do is buy a new tent as the order has only been processing a week even after explaining what the previous lady had just said.
