Whitby New World

Great little store. Has everything you need without having to go all the way to town. Great specials and lovely staff.

cutest little New world, big enough for essentials, but not big enough to stock all those fancy ingredients for a fiddly recipe you're cooking. Friendly staff!!!

Customer service is always the best here. I was offered the checkout today rather than the self scan as they could see I was trying to wrangle with my child and keep him seated in the trolley. Very thoughtful of them.

Not the greatest service unfortunately. No check outs open except self scan. Had to wait 10 mins for staff to locate supervisor so alcohol could be purchased.
Store itself quite small and quite hard to maneuver. With the growing population of Whitby an upgrade of this supermarket may be needed to accommodate patrons.
