Wellington Central Library

Wellington city council is more responsive, at least I got email respond from them. liking the free water even it's including in my rate. a city I love.

Use this library all the time. It is great. lots of seating and nooks if you want some privacy for some reading. Am yet to look for a book they dont have. The toilets can get a bit trashed but that s really the only negative experience I have had. It also gets free wifi which is really handy. Great Library

Fantastic range of books and services. We are so lucky to have such an amazing library in Wellington. Loads of nice nooks to sit and read, music practice rooms, computers, extensive range of publications, zine collection, sheet music, CDs and DVDs, online databases and services (e.g. Lynda.com, Press Reader, ebook and audiobook library).
Staff are welcoming and friendly. Location is handy and is large enough that you don't feel crowded even when it is busy.

One of the most efficient council's I have dealt with, my resident permit was issued on the same day it was submitted, it even offer pick up service to suit my needs, I would love to see the council runs as smooth as this, keep up the good work

Great service, I found all the information I was looking for. Very efficent and helpful staff
