The Warehouse Ltd

It's been interesting to see The Warehouse change over the past couple of decades. The quality of their merchandise is so high now, they're my go-to in cases where I might've normally gone to Briscoes or Noel Leeming, or even the supermarket—and they really can't be beaten on price. They carry some big name brands now and well as their own in-house brands like Veon TVs, which are surprisingly good.

I like the layout of the Tory Street store, there's a nice flow to it, and its easy to find what you need compared to some of the larger Warehouses. It's nice and relatively compact, but has everything you need. The entrance is a little crowded, but past that it opens into a light, spacious store, with stairs that lead to a nice mezzanine floor.

Needed to exchange some boys shorts for a bigger size this week and a very simple and quick process. Great service and wonderful to know that you can shop, at times on impulse, knowing that you can always exchange sizes if required with no fuss.

Staff was very helpful, I rented a big green machine last time, the staff explained things very clearly, however the machine was a bit dirty when hired

We got our household items here at a bargain and it is really the best store in Wellington city because there are so many products that are sold cheaply and readily here!

This is not the best of the Warehouse stores. I find the shelves are always untidy and things aren’t organised well.
