Come on down for all day dining to Sweet Mother¿s Kitchen at 5 Courtenay Place, Wellington. With home-style cookin', Sweet Mother¿s Kitchen draws on influences from New Orleans with Cajun and Creole dishes plus Mexican snack food. All day breakfast (till 5pm) on Saturday and Sunday. We serve Supreme coffee free range eggs, corn-fed chicken and free-range pork. Sweet Mother's Kitchen is fully licensed - with a selection of wines and a variety of Mexican beer and a growing selection of New Zealand craft beers. Our cocktail list is inspired by drinks of New Orleans and there is a selection of juices, soft drinks and milkshakes for all. We also now have a Vegan menu Hours The kitchen is open Sun- Thur 8am-9.30-ish pm Fri-Sat 8am-late. Always wanted to dine here but it was always packed out. Now I know why. It's amazing. Louisiana style food. Delicious. Totally recommend the cajun fish. Service was friendly and efficient.

Enjoyable pie selection. Milkshakes also worth a mention nice portion sizes and tucked away

Favourite brunch place in Wellington! Have been many times and the food is always good. The last couple of times our server seemed a little grumpy, but the food made up for it.

Very good coffee and hot chocolates, also look out for the daily drink specials they have for iced tea. The food is also great, I would recommend the jerk chicken as the flavours are out of this world and you would want to come again. The tacos are good, however I had the fish and unfortunately there were some very small bones so disappointing in that aspect.
