SPCA Wellington

Have been visiting and donating to the SPCA for many years. Love the new facilities at Fever Hospital - perfect spot for the animals. Got my kitten from here and found the staff to be really friendly and helpful in getting me all the goodies I needed. Love the family friendly events they host too, especially the creepy Halloween ones!

Last year I adopted a very timid kitten from the Wgtn SPCA (what a beautiful building they are housed in). Despite the condition of the kitten when she was rescued by the SPCA, the vets did an incredible job saving her life. Tracey in the cat rehoming office was fantastic to deal with, down to earth and friendly and made it a great experience. That 'kitten' the SPCA saved has become the absolute joy of my life.

Such an amazing organisation. The Wellington branch does SO much for animals in the community. They are helpful and very knowledgable about strays and so much more. They often have open days which are great to take kids along to.

We got our cat from the SPCA and we are SO IMPRESSED! She was sick and they took amazing care of her and were very picky about who they adopted to. I work from home so that cat would never be alone if there were any issues. They care so much about the animals and we are lucky that they are here. The staff and volunteers are so knowledgeable and really know the animals as well. I love the new location and we hope to adopt a dog there soon. The best place to get and save animals.

Very good service, excellent with animal problems, but also well-priced compared to some of the local vets. Highly recommended.
