Satay Village

Good service, insanely quick. Literally about five minutes. Food really nice, and relatively cheap. Would recommend. Only reason it's not a five is due to the lack of ambience.

Very tasty food, reasonable prices and generous portion sizes, and plenty of vegetarian options. They also offer takeaway, which is always very quick. The owners are very friendly, the man who runs the store usually remembers my face and knows my order, which is fantastic service. The dine-in part of the restaurant is a bit bland and dated, but clean and tidy.

Everything from this place is delectable and many of the options can be made vegan. I came here initially because of how many vegan options they had.

Took part in their treasure hunt for ingredients. Great fun followed by great food. Impressive wine list including excellent English white wines. Breast of pigeon with wild mushrooms perfectly cooked. Professional service with a smile.
