Rutherford & Bond Toyota

Had vehicle serviced under warranty here, staff were top shelf, friendly and receptive. Communicated well re issues and process for service. Offered a free wash which was accepted but was more of a hose down without soap. Would be better to not offer this service.

Don't even think about buying a car from Rutherford and Bond (Kent Tce). They may talk the talk but certainly don't walk the walk .... Don't be fooled by that 'friendly' smile and affable personality!!! From our recent experience, honesty is a long way down the list of "must have" attributes' for at least one of their sales staff. Even the CEO can't be bothered responding to my letter of complaint regarding misleading information and backtracking on the agreed deal (if in fact the complaint actually reached him). Heed the warning!

Haven't purchased from here but they have a good showroom.
