I had not been there before but made a phone appointment, when I arrived I waited 15 mins for a consultant. The price was never discussed and that was my fault
but I liked the suggestions and had a really good trim. I did not want the wash and refused the blow dry and was quite shocked to be charged $95 ...for a trim... It's odd on their website they say the price is made quite clear beforehand. I didn't say anything at the time because I felt stupid and tricked, and because they took so long I needed to rush back to work, but I won't go back.

Been coming here regularly for a while now, and for good reason. They work according to your preferences but also have some useful professional advice, without being too dominating.

I’ve been growing my hair for the past year and went in for a trim. But 6-8 cm was cut off. When I complained I emailed a before photo taken two weeks prior as a comparison. They then told me my hair wasn’t the length it was in the photo. It’s going to take ages to grow back to the length it was, and it was like salt in a wound to be made out to be a liar when I said something about it. Won’t be going back.
