Great store easy to find parking and good service

Great store with lots of stock and very helpful staff. Popped in recently when I needed to change some filters and the staff member came out to the car and checked what I need to be sure i had the right thing.

Helpful friendly staff, completed wiper blade change for us, staff member was efficient. Even though i didn't know 'car things' he seemed to!

The service received wasknowlegable and fast.
They didn't have all that i required at the time i visisted but were able to source what i required
and have it in store by the next day. i also received a text to let me know that the items were there and available for collection.
On going to collect the items it was hassle free by very friendly staff.

I must congratulate the Manager Ron Taylor of Petone Repco for his excellent customer service when things went wrong for me. A Repco spray paint can got stuck ON and would not stop spraying. Paint was every where ,but Repco insisted on paying for professional cleaners to clean up the mess and then offered me some free goodies for my inconvenience. Thats excellent customer service in my book. Good on you Ron, 5 stars service.
