Portofinos Wellington

Incredibly tasty Italian food. amazing decor and great service. Near the waterfront in central Wellington.

Came here on a Sunday evening with friends while in Wellington on holiday recently. Staff were friendly and well presented and happy to answer our questions about the menu.I ordered the fettuccine con pollo which was delicious, creamy but not too rich. My husband ordered a pizza which he enjoyed. We also ordered dessert, my husband the passionfruit cheesecake and myself the chocolate cake, both were very good. We would definitely return here for the tasty food, great service and very reasonable prices.

Nice Itanlian food, very tasty. Also nice location, it's perfect spot for a summer dinner out. Good customer service too. Would come back.

Went here two weeks ago for a working lunch. Locatiin on thecwater front is nice. Tried the gnocchi, was delicious. Serving sizes were good and the atmosphere was really nice. Staff were good but can be a bit noisy inside when the restaurant is full.

Delicious Italian food can be found here. All made fresh, which you can watch while absorbing the casual cool dining with harbour views. El fresco dining can be enjoyed here, especially on a summer night with a salty sea breeze to awaken your senses.
Authencity is key here, from the supurb fettuccine di pollo through to Perionni on tap and good grappa or espresso with biscotti. Pizza here are fantastic too.
